I'm not sure how to address a question. What should I do? |
| In the event where you are uncertain as to how you should complete a question, please click on the ‘Information icon’ (i), which can be found on the top right side of the question. Once you have clicked the icon, you will be able to view help text with further details on what the ethics committee is looking to read in your answer. If you are still unsure how to address a question, please contact a member of the University’s central research ethics team for further guidance (ethics@liverpool.ac.uk). |

I would like my supervisor/co-investigator to help me complete my ethics form. How can I do that? |
| The system allows you to share your form with your co-investigators and supervisors. To do so, you need to click on the Share button, which can be found on the left side of the screen panel. Once you have clicked on the Share button, a box pops up which asks you to add the collaborator’s email address, and to determine how much access to the form you wish to give him/her. You can allow your co-investigators/supervisors to read; write; submit form; share form; create all sub-forms; receive notifications. |
